We are ultimately artists, sharing our craft and skill with you. The majority of our products are handcrafted and by nature come with slight imperfections. Each piece is ultimately unique - especially if you choose to custom order.
All orders, inclusive of custom orders must be paid in advance of product production and order picking- inclusive of any taxes , fees, and shipping costs. Invoices for custom orders must be paid immediately. We reserve the right to apply late fees, returned check/payment fees, restocking fees, administrative, and other fees at our discretion.
Any items not picked up, and any invoice remaining unpaid after 14 calendar days will be closed, and the materials/items will be placed into our inventory for sale or use for other projects. We reserve the right to close out the items sooner than 14 calendar days for any reason.
We hope our products bring comfort into your home for many years to come, but our products are ultimately novelties and are NOT safety products. We will try to provide suggestions for use and care but ultimately all products are 'use at your own risk'.
We do our best to only feature fabrics and products online that we have available - but sometimes we hit a snag. If we are running too low on a particular fabric or are unable to make the product you select due to type of fabric, ect - we will reach out to you.

Shipping - We will do our best to provide care in our packing and shipping, but we cannot control what happens once the product leaves our hands. For this reason, we primarily use USPS Flat Rate shipping options which already include insurance. Yes, it may cost a little more, but we ultimately feel this is a great option to protect your investment, and ours! Our website and partners will try to offer options for shipping which may work best for your order, but if needed we may contact you about additional shipping charges and/or options which may serve as a more suitable alternative.
If you contact us about a refund, exchange, or repair you will need to provide proof of purchasing information - such as your receipt- and you may be asked to return the product in question, send pictures, ect prior to us providing a solution to you.
